Job Description:
◆ Arrange installation, maintenance and repairing job schedule.
◆ Perform effective chat response.
◆ Perform good after sales services.
◆ Manage online reviews performance.
◆ Achieve performance indicator set by Company.
◆ Issue any form of document.
◆ Make sure every sales transaction is completed (including payment collection) under Company Policy.
◆ Attend any training and meeting required by Company.
◆ Update customer on company latest activities.
◆ Maintain good relationship with client.
◆ Responsible for the daily operation of e-commerce store (Lazada & Shopee, FB and other social media platform) including order processing and
fulfilment, pricing, inventory and customer relations.
◆ Perform good after sales services.
◆ Coordinating courier shipping and order follow-ups.
◆ Managing, replenishing and keeping track of online system inventory.
◆ Updating e-commerce store content such as product listings, pricing, stock levels, visual images and product descriptions.
◆ Managing and implementing sales activities through social media platforms.
◆ Managing and responding to customer inquiries, feedback and complaints.
◆ Managing customer database and any other related activities such aa e-mailers, newsletters etc.
◆ Manage online & e-commerce activities about traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting.
◆ To perform outbound contact to clients to promote new package and promotion.
◆ Educate and upsell clients the products by demonstrating on the services or products meet their needs.
◆ Work closely with other team members to secure sales.
◆ To perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
